Maschine not showing my libraries

Using maschine, I was opening my maschine software but is not showing up my libraries using it by itself or in the DAW, It opens the app but doesnt show any library, I have installed also many Komplete plugins such as synths, kontakt and theyre opening normally on ableton live, so I don´t think is an storage Issue.

Just so you know as well all my libraries and native instruments software are installed in an external SSD

Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS and are N.A. aware of where the libraries are ? Ref. : Moving a Native Instruments Product to Another Location on Your Computer .

Else then try the Reinitializing the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine Database .

…or… the simplest “are you sure the user tab is not engaged?”

Probably that’s not the case… but it’s a very fast check to do before resetting databases, uninstalling reinstalling everything,…

And many people in the past have fallen into this error… even experienced users…

IMO it is quite annoying to have that user icon as a hard switch (show this or show that) rather than a filter. It would be far better when searching for something, to show ALL results and maybe display user content in a different colour or with a flag of some kind, like the favorite star.
