RX Post Production 8.5 to 8.7 Loyalty Price is $599

I'm just curious if this is the best price to upgrade to RX Post Production Suite 8.7 from RX Post Production Suite 8.5? I also own Music ProductionSuite 6.5 and Ozone 12 Advanced. Isotope webstore says my Loyalty upgrade price is $599 but it seems like I'm only getting Insight3 . Is this a screwup the website software or are they really charging that much to update? I've been buying the advanced versions for years never have I seen loyalty that high. Perhaps there's new included software that I'm not aware of.. thank you .

If you do not see an offer expected or you need help with the shop then in general then you need to contact N.I. Support (all) . At the moment then it is even more appropriate to contact N.I. Support (all) since as far as I know then the NI shop has not been updated yet to be able to give all types of upgrade offers to people with iZotope software. So please ask NI support to check if there is a better offer available to you.

Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still needs help , else the ticket will close.
