Am I eligible for the upgrade offer from K11 (NFR) to K15 Standard?

Hi, it's been years since I used Komplete or DAWS, but I've started using them again recently. I know I won a contest years ago and received Komplete 11 as a free NFR version. When I log into my NI account, it gives me the option to upgrade from K11 to K15 Standard for €199... Is this true? Am I entitled to upgrade to K11 for €199, or do I have to pay the full €599?

I attached a screenshot from my account and the info shows me NI for upgrades...its real?

From what I have been told then NFR does not qualify for upgrades , however since it is something that you won then maybe it can.   If what it says is that you qualify for a special loyalty price then take a screenshot and then go ahead and take/buy the offer in good faith.  If there is any problems then have N.I.Support (all)  sort it out.  (Under the circumstances there ought to be no problem but should there be then NI will sort it out for you one way or the other !)

Before buying then please check hardware system requirements ,  Tahoe ought to be supported at least to some extend by now :  Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

After buying using correct account then download latest version of Native Access for your OS and install something from the Bundle to activate it…

If you're seeing it in your account, why would it not be true? It's not April 1st any more 😃
