Stuck in demo, followed all the steps for troublshoot

Question

I just bought Ireland - a set of 11 VSTs

but I am suck in demo mode and I have followed all their steps to fix it - delete XML files etc but nothing is working and I swear the customer service is AI because it just seems to be giving generic responses to key words in emails.

I think I could learn to play the violin in the time i spent trying to get this plugin to work.

Has anyone had similar problems? I have uninstalled reinstalled everything, updated, checked i am signed in on the correct account. you name it.

The thing is it works it's fine, I can play the instruments, but it's just stuck in the demo mode, any suggestions would be super appreciated.

Another thing to check first - WELL before any of the other suggestions is to log into your NI account (online) and check if Ireland appears under Registered OR Unregistered.

Also - your OS version here is critical. Click Start and type:

winver

Post up a screencap of the result so we can see exact version and build.

Yes , these probably are AI auto response and you should send a human still needs help answer/response to let NI know that you still need (human) help…

What is your exact update version of Windows 10  ?

And what is your version of Native Access ?

What is your Kontakt 8 Player version ?

Is the problem the same if you reboot computer and then open Kontakt 8 Player standalone and then try loading Ireland in that ?

also they didn't send a serial number, should they be sending me a serial number?

You can not see the serial until product has been installed then and only then you can see it in Transfer a license .
