Hello, I bought a used tractor S2 MK3. The seller gave me a license transfer code, but when I log into my account, I get a "Transfer token not valid" error.
How can I solve this problem?
Either the seller needs to fix this (eventually by the help of N.I. Support (all)) or you need to contact N.I. Support (all) and ask them to help. N.I. Support are in charge of all account and transfer questions.

There can be more reasons for this. One can be that if the device or software was added to the account within the last 60 days then there is a cool down period where it can not be transferred by user but only by NI Support. Another reason can be that the device of software is NFR (not for resale) in which case then it can not be transferred.
