I’m having a frustrating issue with the NI Webshop. I own Komplete 15 Ultimate (Upgrade for S-Series) and the Kontrol S88 MK3.
In my account, I clearly have the Stradivari Violin and Stradivari Cello (registered as "for S-SERIES"). However, the shop doesn't recognize them as valid base products for the Cremona Quartet completion/upgrade offer (approx. 99€). It only shows me the full price when I go to the payment page.
I've already opened multiple tickets but only received automated/irrelevant responses.

Can a moderator please escalate this to the shop team? I want to buy the product but the system is blocking the correct price.
