Native Access freeze and cause other apps doesn't work

Question

Native Access stucks at loading. It opens and then if I want to do anything it just doesn't work. I can not click anything. Only the small loading circle rounds all the time near the left Native Access Logo in upper left corner.

I can see that I have one update to install (Massive X Factory Library). yesterday I could click the update button and it said failed to download. Now I can't click anything.

After killing NA process I can't open any of NI products as standalone. As I see in task manager I can see it opens it but nothing apears - its just only process running.

More… I can't open my DAW ( Cubase 15 Pro) as it is freezing on startup on Initializig MIDI. or Initializing All Midi Inputs or Initializing Safe Mode.

The only thing that works is to restart computer and as long as I don't run NA everything works fine.

I tried rerunning and killing NTKDeamon service, reinstalling recent version of NA.

The problem with other software srill persists but I think it has something to do with my MIDI Devices and drivers or new MIDI 2.0 in Windows 11 as I found several people reporting problems with Windows 25H2 update implementing MIDI 2.0 in it.

From what I have understood then the industry in general is not really ready for Midi 2.0 support and unless that you have a very specific reason to use Midi 2.0 then you are advised to set the keyboard to Midi 1.0

The Midi 2.0 keyboard support at the moment is mostly to be future proof.

Stopping antivirus didn't help. But cleaning registry from NTKDeamon and Native Access folders seemed help. I could unistall Massive X Factory library and install it again. Now it works fine. However I didn't have those folders mentioned in AppData folder.

If I figure something out I will post it here.

Have you tried the troubleshooter :  Native Access freezes on “Loading Products“ at startup  ?
