I have used this software / hardware combination for years with no issue, through all the updates but as of two days ago, when I move the temp fader on the controller (both A and B), it jumps from the default position to the max tempo on screen and cannot be adjusted, except by clicking on screen. I have never had this issue. Here are some ways I have tried to troubleshoot the issue: * restarting my computer * resetting the controller * updating Traktor Pro 4 software * changing from beat sync to tempo sync * deleting the Tempo Adjust Deck A & B mappings and relearning the command * changing the Tempo Adjust mapping from direct to relative* playing around with rotary sensitivity and rotary acceleration values* this yielded the ability to adjust the tempo (on the controller) but it jumps from two degrees above the default tempo, to the max tempo, with no ability to further adjust * I have custom mappings so I redownloaded the default NI mappings for the Denon MC6000 MK1* the issue persisted I initially thought this was a mapping issue but I'm unsure if this a driver or hardware issue. * Would a driver issue affect how the software responds? * I have gone through every knob and fader on my controller and the tempo slider is the only affected control. Any insights would be immensely helpful as I've clearly taken my tempo faders for granted.

@Matrix That's what I labeled this particular mapping because I converted Deck C & D on the controller to stem functions; it's to keep track.

I realize this is a hardware issue and I may need to open up the controller and replace the pitch faders altogether.

I have exactly the same issue using the exact same setup. Win 11 , Denon DN MC600ß MK1 also for Years, Custom mapping etc. and the issue suddenly occured!! Tried the same steps, though not as thoroughly as you seemed to have. I Tried different controllers though because i thought it might a Hardware issue. But the same thing happens on all 3 Controllers i tried so far. Haven't tried the Laptop yet. I gonna do it right now and let you know. Like that the software is not playable…….

Now checked the Laptop, everything (still) normal there, only difference the last check for Win Updates is 24 days old, have you had an update recently or do you get them automatically? So no need to open the controller, this is NO Hardware issue! And both pitch faders dying exactly the same moment is more than inprobable!!

Habe es gelöst!!! Das letzte Win Sicherheitsupdate ist Schuld und zwar eines , daß Mitte Feb 26 rauskam Nr:

2026-02 Sicherheitsupdate (KB5077181) (26200.7840)

Da muss man erstmal drauf kommen. Habe es gerade manuell deinstalliert, jetzt funzt Tempo wieder! Ich hoffe Du liest das bald….

Das nächste Sicherheitsupdate (KB 5079473) löst das Gleiche Problem wieder aus….Langsam nervts. Gibt es von Native eigentlich noch support oder ist das vorbei?
