I have problem with Native Access, I cannot download (updates and available).
I can read "discover" tab. I cannot login (only if instal NA 2, login and then upgrade to 3.22.
I asked many times support: what IP should be open, what address, what applications should be open… but they say stil same sh*t: "Please restart your computer and temporarily disable any such software" .
It not help because I cannot turn off Eset.
Anyone has same problem with Native Access and Eset?
Where are the direct links to the updates?
Why doesn't the program display accurate information about the error? How am I supposed to know at what stage the problem is?
Why doesn't the application have advanced options for experienced users, especially since the support team lacks the knowledge to resolve any technical issues, and all they can do is send generic responses?
