What is your N.A. version ? You are supposed to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS.
Have you given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access ? . : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and are disks must of correct format ? : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Else then the best course of action to me sounds as if you first uninstall product completely , then reboot computer then try installing product again to see if that helps…
