purchased tracktor pro 4 software last year tried to update now i carnt update or download product tried updating tried reinstalling can anyone suggest any ideas thaanks
Thank you seem to have found it and reinstalled on my laptop think problem was file location
What do you mean by "can't"? What happens?
Be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest version of Native Access for your OS .
Also be sure that you are logged into the correct same account with same email and password as account software is registered to. Check registered products here.
Else then uninstall product and then also remove product in the N.I. reg tool
Then reboot , then reinstall product.
If that does not help then please tell us version of N.A. used and give us a screenshot of N.A. showing the error.
