Native Access has not been working to download ANY of my updates for many months and OS versions. I don't want a temp fix to manually download each one separately (but not even then for ALL of the products). I want your portal to work as intended. Turning of Private Relay does nothing. The Support chat bot is broken and keeps repeating the same questions with no option to open a ticket. Native Instruments used to be one of my favorite companies, but now I'm just about ready to throw all of the software out with one big DELETE button. How can something so basic as the download hub not work? I have a number of these from other vendors with zero issues. Native Access used to work great. What is a user to do? I'm about at the end of my rope with this lack of investment in product quality.
