My Maschine MK 3 does not have a functioning display. How do i fix this?

I recently downloaded all the maschine software on my new computer. While my mk3 is able to work as a controller in maschine, the display is not functioning as intended and is instead stuck on the Maschine 2 production and performance system screen. Additionally I am not able to use the hardware as a midi controller in other DAWs. How can i fix this issue?

I have already installed and uninstalled mk3 drivers and found no success. It is worth noting that during the installation, which was done by using the download links on the native instruments websites rather than native access, bmidi driver failed to download due to error 14. While I did install bmidi driver deperately and then reinstalled maschine 2, the error 14 message reappeared in the installation.

Why did you not use Native Access ?

What is your computers exact computer type and model ? , CPU and chips set ? If you are using Windows on Arm (?) then it is most likely no supported !

Else then try uninstalling all the manually installed soft and drivers and then run the NI reg tool and remove any leftovers. Then reboot computer and turn off any blocking security (e.g. AV) and then reinstall device and software using latest version of Native Access for your OS .
