maschine mikro mk3 and maschine 2 software

I am unable to activate this newly acquired hardware (Christmas 2025) with Maschine 2 software. I found the legacy page and installed native-access (2.15) and Maschine 2. Native access accepts the serial number but will not show the installed maschine 2 software.

The Maschine 2 software works with the hardware in demo mode.

what is your computer type ?

And what is your exact version of Native Access ?

Thank you , Native Access 3.5.3 (Intel) appear to be correct option for your OS.

Did you also grant ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access ? : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS ?

Else then we are back at you checking if the "Maschine 2" is actually registered to your account.

And double checking that you are logged into the same account with same email and password.

Also then I am not sure if the N.A. 3.5-3 have the show legacy software switch , but check N.A. settings and turn it on if there.

Also then if Maschine 2 is registered to your account then you can try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .

And just to be sure you also need to reboot your computer after registering or making changes…

Otherwise then after the holidays the NI forum Customer Care Expert will be back (also a Mac expert) and we can then ask for a comment from him , or you can contact N.I. Support (all)

I've decided to update the OS to Ventura (13.7.8 something like that). should work with the latest. thanks for your help.
