360 pro -kontakt 8

I am a hardware synth person and never used native instruments. I use every computer system/plugin but never NI since the beginning of time 1980s. I just used the tools that are useful to me.

I subscribed to 360plus first and then realized I wanted the pro subscription- I wrote to support and they are telling me that 360 pro only includes kontakt player but that is not what is listed. After 2 weeks of fiddling around with this I ended up paying for a month of pro. But kontakt 8 is in demo mode. I wrote support and they say pro does not include kontakt 8.

This Native access is a pain - there are no tick boxes. And tons of things that are in pro are listed under plus- i don’t want to sit around for hours uninstalling from plus and then reinstall into pro.

I have everything on an external disk. Can’t i just edit a script that tells native access that the plus subscription is over and mover everything into pro?

Only NI Support can address this for you. Nothing we can do here on the forums.

Support is on their Christmas break so you probably won't see any action on this to the new year.

If you already have a ticket in the system - simply followup on it - starting another one will simply slow things down for you.

then I subscribed to 360pro

then 360plus took priority over everything

this is nuts. i downloaded everything under the active 360plus trial. thinking it would just be automatic

this is the worst system I have ever seen. like 2015 with east-west issues

are the programmers with NI smoking something? Did they forget programming 101- FILE MANAGEMENT?

HOW do force Native Access to recognize ALL of the LONG LONG LONG downloads so I do not have to LONG LONG LONG download AGAIN! I share my router with people from a country who are in battle and I have high system security too, so redownloading IS NOT an option.

This is a nightmare. I thought i would use the holidays to learn a completely new system —-and this is like kids from college working there…

No I am not writing a script and deleting files and running the registry tool I downloaded. THAT IS WHAT WE PAY DEVELOPERS FOR….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually PAID for a month to try to be supportive…BEFORE i buy the whole burrito…Man am I glad I tried it before I forked out for this sloppy mess.

The samples are good—-but all creativity goes out the window because of lazy programers

@privat Sorry to hear about your misadventure here. When checking your account I see that your subscription is still 360 Plus. It would seem there's an issue with the payment/change of subscription. Unfortunately I don't have access to orders, payment, etc…I've escalated your case and my colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible.

someone wrote me and said everything was ok because I purchased 360plus as well just so i could work around the demo version blocking everything.

This is crazy. It’s as if support is not even reading what people write !

I have never been so frustrated with a company- motu -ableton-east west way back to 1988!!!!! ALL GOOD!!!!

This is the absolute worst support i have ever seen. I wasted 3 days on this and we are trying to make a decision for a large purchase and i am responsible for implementing this at the request of a client.

I still have not gotten access to kontakt 8, just the player still-

360 plus expired so then i couldn’t use 360 pro anymore
so as a work around i repurchased a month of plus just to finish the evaluation.
I know it is holiday but- the licensing system is built to protect native instruments and not make it easy for customers.
with a holiday sale, it should have been anticipated that staffing should be commensurate with this terrible Natice Access app-
Who in their right mind would sit and click one by one to remove libraries? fôr hours?
there is no way to download and then copy to several machines? for multi licensing?
And the registry app provided also requires deleting one by one, if you want to wipe a drive.
removing ras directory blah blah hopping through useless hoops.
i have never had to contact support in almost 40 years, ONLY when there was a problem.
The ai chat is useless.
i learned more about this installs and licensing process than i wanted to- i wanted to make music and benchmarks
i want a refund fôr the two months until all of this is fixed and then i can try this without stress .
And i guess by the time all of the problems are worked out , the sale to purchase licenses of komplete 15 ultimate-etc will be over?????

someone wrote today and said they refunded 360plus and i still have paid for 360pro aka music production. pro- but

this is at this point psychological torture, zjisnhas been going on since december 21.

seems like this is my route too…I NEVER touched native instruments and I have been on an infinite loop, no music created since I installed this.

There are so many issues, it is unusable….and people are spending 1000s of hours going in circles and no one in support is capable of reading and solving problems. I was customer support engineeer for one of the worlds most complicated software in the 1990s and I would NEVER EVER breeze over a customers problem….Solving in the first go…saves marriages, makes customers money, lets people have recreation time….this Native Instruments support is some irresponsible red bull drinking big mac eating ….then they had the audacity to tell me to be polite or something like that, after I am trying to put THEIR products on 15 machines and first testing this system out before I buy Ultimate…Ultimate x 15 was a lot of money for them…and they will never get it from me. Desember 21 until today….not one right answer….to my initial question….they do not even open the customers account and check to see what we are talking about. This is irresponsible and a slap in the face to everyone who is professional, novice, or just an old pop or mama, trying to learn something new. It is downright disrespectful to not give the correct answer and waste everyones time.

See? since december 21…I have a problem…and when you subscribe to 360Pro, instead you get music production suite pro….I want 360pro. and I never receive it.

I have been saying since I ordered it, I do not have access to 360PRO!
And no one looked at my account to check that I paid for 360pro…and I had the trial but I never ever had 360pro. Never once and no one checked on it.
I want my money back for this and I want the trial 360pro to start.

No one in support understands, they did not check my account. They just said you have 360plus, but I am telling no, I do not have kontakt 8 and access to the full libraries….Here we go in circles…I have music production suite pro…And a cancelled 360plus. But I NEVER EVER get the full 360Pro. Not one time.

NOW, a new thing…When I click subscribe to 360Pro…you are already subscribed!

Hey there, I checked your ticket again, it's been escalated. Yes, there were some misunderstandings in the beginning but it's now escalated to a technical support specialist as it seems more an issue with Native Access than a subscription issue. Someone should get back to you soon, I'll follow up your case.
