I just bought an akai mini mpk 3 and it came with Komplete 15 for free as an offer, but when i went to the checkout, it gave me an error (i dont remember what it said but it was on the final stages os checkout). It shows up on my order history but I have no way of installing it. Even when I try to do the whole process again it says my voucher has already been redeemed. How can I get my product?
