Would having a section built into the left hand side of the Native Access screen that provides access to all the products PDF files to read or download be a viable idea? Maybe even if it was available in the support menu on the left hand side?
+100 to this.

Excellent idea
In fact it would be lovely if it also had tutorials built in (like Pigments does)
I keep my own documentation library on my NAS, and that allows me to access all of my user guides from any device that can read a PDF. It also allows me to use an iPad, iPhone, or even an Android tablet to have the manual open while the DAW has the instrument open.
The convenience of that is that if I want to just read thru a manual (like while I'm having lunch someplace), I can do that reading on my phone or tablet.
But other than that, I'd be in favor of having the app's help function bring up the manual, depending on where my cursor is when I hit F1. The problems for me is "where" to drag the help/manual window on a very busy desktop display.
Being able to download manuals and other documentation through Native Access would be a nice quality of life improvement.
For reading, I would prefer they are accessible through the software itself (Kontakt/Reaktor/whatever) and not only Native Access. This is much more convenient.
I would also want the downloads to be easily accessible so I can copy them to another location—I keep a collection of all audio software manuals in per vendor folders in a shared parent directory—and read them without having any NI software open. Make a folder in the Content directory for manuals or have a separately configurable location.
