issues with maschine 3 and mk3

for some reason every time lately when i am using the mk3 with maschine 3 software, i'll go to load an instrument or kit etc. and some of the time it will work but mostly the software will close which will restart the mk3. any ideas as to why or what i can do to fix it? anything helps thanks in advance

What are the exact versions of software used ? Exact version of OS ? Exact version of Maschine 3 ?

To give people something to 'work with' then please give an exact example with screenshot of error and Windows Event Viewer information from the incident !

windows 11 home with latest update and maschine 3 3.4.1 up to date in native access i use the software and the mk3 together obviously but sometimes use the Maschine 3 as a plugin on fl studio 25 also up to date

I do not see why you are asking this question…

But since what you wrote starts with "no" then please follow the "Maschine crashes or freezes" troubleshooter to see if it helps fix your problem….
