Loading Kontakt Instruments Failed

when i load any kontakt instrument big or small, a dark grey box appears that doesnt go away and freezes kontakt completely.

i thought this was a mac issue but after switching Mac's, it still persists.

I think its important to mention that i install the instruments on my internal disk and then manually move it to an ssd. This is because of another issue where no matter where i try to install, the path fails.

The only way to work around this is to quit and reload my DAW (Logic Pro)

Does anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?

Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon and DAW must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

And if using Mac OS 15 or 16 then N.I. apps and DAW must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Else then try reinitialize the KONTAKT Database and then run Kontakt standalone at least once prior to use in DAW
