Hello i have buy the s88 mk3 in 06/2025 and i don t have the mail for the free instrument .
I was using the €25 subscription and I didn't know you could get a free instrument, and I can't find the email anymore, it's 6 months old.
Any issue ?

There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.

Since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use)
The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.
