Need serial code for my unregistered product

I noticed a couple months ago, serial codes for both registered and unregistered products have been omitted for security reasons.

Today, I accidentally bought the Komplete 15 Select Electronic for Novation bundled with my product in the wrong account. I have not registered it yet and I know if I have its serial number, I can properly register it in my main account's Native Access myself.

So I just need its serial code. Thank you.

You have to ask NI Support . Just ask them to transfer the product for you to the other account, or ask them if they can merge the accounts if you want that (though I am not sure if NI can perform account merge at the moment for technical reasons.
