I installed a drum kit and a guitar kit. The drum kit works finebut I can't get any sound out of the guitar kit. Can someone help please?

do you see the keyboard within kontakt in the lower area, if not press f3 or on the keyboard sign in the lower right area. Try to press some notes there and if you play some notes can you then hear something and if you play through your host do you see the notes triggered on the kontakt keyboard. I tried it and it works fine here
Please try pressing the keys on the onscreen keyboard, do you get sound? If you get sound and it's only silent when you play on your MIDI keyboard or controller, please check this article: Configuring your MIDI Keyboard / Controller in Kontakt
If that doesn't help, what's your setup? DAW, etc…?
