I purchased K15U from the promotional offer on the official homepage but was unable to register it successfully. I subsequently contacted customer service and obtained a serial number. However, when entering the serial number, I received an error message stating ‘missing the base product’.
I checked the upgrade requirements for K15U on the official website and found they include Komplete Select and 11-15 Select,and I own KOMPLETE 15 SELECT Band, so why am I still getting the ‘missing the base product’ message?
I attempted to contact the official channels, but perhaps due to the promotional period, it is now the fifth working day and I have yet to receive a response.
