Didn`t Recive Ableton Live Licence with My Komplete Kontrol M32

Hi evereyone,
I recently bought a Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol M32 from Amazon. It was delivered on November 14th, and I registered it on the same day using the serial number that came with the keyboard.
I receved a conformation e-mail for the registration,and I was able to download all the included software. However, i didn`t recive Ableton Live licence activation code.
Is Ableton Live still included with M32 in 2025, or i it no longer part of the bundle?
If it is still included what should be my next step?

Well the M32 product page still mentions Ableton Live Lite, so you should be entitled.

If you go to your account HERE it should be listed, but that page no longer shows serial numbers.

If you check out the Product Includes part of the Specifications page for the M32 then you will see that it says that Ableton Live Lite is included.

Please double check you emails and also check email spam folder.

Back in time I had an email saying *Download information for your Native Instruments Purchase' and then there were a link in that for getting the actual code (see picture below here) , but I can not say which format or headline your email will have.

If you did not receive the code one way or the other then please contact N.I. Support (all) and ask them.

Same here. No Ableton Live Lite email, can't find it in my products either. I've registered the M32 and have Native Access and Komplete Kontrol and all that. Got it new from Thomann.

Their support chat bot gave me this:

Immediately got a serial which works on ableton.com, can upgrade from there etc.

Interesting - that must be a new thing, since NI removed serial numbers from the "My products" page of our accounts, but there's no link to it from the products page.

I can maybe understand the information not being in the product box, because of units being shipped prior to the big "serial removal scandal" 😮 but IMO there needs to be a link to that page so the customer can find it without needing support.
