Request for a new license transfer ID (Transfer mistake)

Hello,

I am contacting you because I accidentally transferred a product license to my own Native Instruments account, instead of sending it to the intended buyer.

I would like to request a new License Transfer ID for this product so that I can transfer it correctly to the buyer.

You should be able to cancel the License Transfer on the See Licenses in Transfer page.

If you already finished the transfer and can not transfer again yourself within 60 days then please contact N.I. Support (all)

Strange - how is it even possible to transfer your own license to yourself?! 😮

I'd assume the system would not allow it.
