Hello to all……yes, I encountered difficulties when registering the product.
To be short,I took advantage of the Black Friday discounts to upgrade KOMPLETE 15 to the Ultimate edition.
After completing the purchase, I received an email mentioning that Remember: You will not receive any serial numbers by email. Native Access automatically registers your serial numbers so you don’t have to enter them manually.
However, upon checking my account, I found that all the products I had purchased, including KOMPLETE 15 ULTIMATE, remained in an unregistered state.I attempted to download and utilise these audio sources via Native Access, but the files obtained were merely demo versions, and the products within my account remain unregistered.
I attempted to manually register these products, but manual registration requires a serial number, which I have not been provided with.I attempted to look it up on the official website, but it stated that only registered products could obtain a serial number.Unfortunately, none of the products I purchased have been registered. In fact, it is precisely to address this situation that I require the serial number.
I attempted to submit a request for assistance via the official website, but have yet to receive a response. I should like to enquire whether anyone here might have a corresponding solution.Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide.
