Issues encountered by my buyer while inserting the serial numer tranferred

Hi,

I sold my traktor kontrol s3 and did thr license transfer both for the controller and the software, traktor pro 3, however the buyer is having problems when he puts the serial number that i transferred to him in order to activate the controller and to get the software.

Someone can tell me whats wrong?

What problem is the buyer having? Do you have examples of error messages? Just to check, did you give him the transfer ID or the serial number? He needs the transfer ID not the serial, that's often a point of confusion.
