Native Access…access

Have recently dusted down my Maschine Mikro MK3 after not using for a couple of years and plugged into my MacBook with the intention of using as a MIDI controller in Logic Pro. As this is a new laptop I need to login to Native Access I assume to download drivers/firmware etc however my corporate VPN seems to be causing an issue actually getting into Native Access. As I can’t disable the VPN, is there a workaround? Can I download relevant files myself or is there something else I can do that anyone is aware of? Thanks all ✌🏼

Your Account software downloads are here : Account downloads , as for drivers then I am not sure but your device probably is Class compliant on Mac so ought not need drivers though there appear to be a five years old firmware update….

With respect to the issue of activating things then I am not sure if there is a workaround for activating other than using a non VPN network for the actual activating , but else you might have to ask N.I. Support (all)
