Hi everyone I am waiting for the software transfer codes from my seller who I purchased a Maschine plus and komplete 61 and jam but NI have not responded for nearly 3 days anyone help please?
iOS 16? Do you mean MacOS Tahoe? You can't run the software on iOS.
Seller wrote 48 hours and he is already dealing with the issue , nothing that you as buyer should do as long as seller is on it…
yeo got the auto reply … and reply back at the 48 point . but still nothing :-(

Since you got the notification that the ticket has been opened correctly and since I notified someone NI , and since they did not comment here then alas then you will have to be patient and wait some longer.
I am sure that NI will get back to you as soon as they can.

Well - pretty sure that error message is legitimate and requires a precursor (prior base product).
There is nothing that can be done here on the forums for this.
You will need to enter a ticket with NI Sales support and see what they can do for you.
Tip: Remember that Support - does not work weekends.
Depending on where you live - the workday is winding to a close (2:50pm in Germany right now)
Please adjust expectations accordingly.
The person who purchased the mahcine plus .. is geting an error.
They get an error ‘ The update/upgrade could not be activated because your User Account does not contain the appropriate base product.’
This can not be correct as I have transferred ‘ Literally everything except my hardware license for tractor' ‘ all have have left is ' TRAKTOR X1 MK3 HW '
And it was all working for me … so i don't understand how it's missing anything.
