I subscribed to 360 Plus a couple of months ago and I have tried using some of the plug ins but they're showing as expired and I'm instructed to renew my subscription. I've checked by bank and can see the monthly fee has been paid and my subscription is showing as active on my account. In the Native Access portal all the plug ins still appear to be part of the subscription so I'm at a loss to understand why it's happened and how it can be fixed. I've raised a ticket with the support team but I don't know how long it will take to get a reply. Apologies if this has already been asked, I had a quick look but can't see it has.
