Lost My Factory Libraries and Presets

After purchasing my keyboard and loading the firmware I had a full suite of factory libraries and presets. I then installed Logic Pro. However, after installing Komplete Kontrol (with free presets) and Kontakt 8, I completely lost all my factory libraries and presets. Help!

The only library I see on the keyboard in Komplete Kontrol is the Hypha and Piano Uno libraries.

I have been battling this for weeks and am two days before I return this product to the music store for a complete return.

Note to File…. I figured it out… This may be helpful for others…

Here is the Readers Digest (Coles Notes in Canada) version of what happened.

I returned my keyboard to the music store as I was unable to figure out how to get the library and presets that come with the unit.

However, when I returned home I discovered, on NI's public web site, the library comes with the unit if you exercise a NI voucher. That voucher entitles you to get a portion of the Komplete 15 Select Suite. The voucher was buried in one of the 17 emails NI sent me with the code that comes with it.

In summary, very frustrating. Luckily I am a retired Engineer with lots of time on my hands. LOL.

The good news… I will go back and purchase the S88N during the Canadian Black Friday.

Please define "a full suite of factory libraries and presets" , and you had a full "suite" where ?

The only library I see on the keyboard in Komplete Kontrol is the Hypha and Piano Uno libraries.

You do not say specifically what you see in the Komplete Kontrol app (?)

I gather that this means that you have updated the S61 MK3 keyboard to latest firmware ?

Have you downloaded and installed latest version of Native Access for your OS

What is your keyboard firmware ? Have you also installed and updated the HCS (Hardware Connection Service) in the Native Access ?

Gave you given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access ?. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

And if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

You should never 'battle' such problems alone for a longer time before actively seeking support.

However then there is no need to return anything , if we can not help you here in the forum then N.I. Support (all) will help you and help you to make things work. If you are using a supported product on a supported machine type using a supported OS then NI should not fail to help,
