I just purchased a complete control 61 MK3 off of Amazon, used. I have a project that is due on Monday, 10NOV25. When I went to register the product, it said that the serial number was attached to another account. I’ve created a ticket; however, based on everyone else’s responses about how long it takes for someone to get in touch with them and provide actual support, I want to know what I can do to have my ticket escalated as soon as possible? I use native instruments on a regular basis, and I have been a native instruments customer since 2006. That’s almost 20 years. I am really hoping to have this issue settled asap, as my other keyboard went out on me, and the flow of this keyboard allows me to move much faster, getting things done. If I can’t get it fixed and miss my deadline, that is going to cost me. I am already trying to use Maschine, but the flow isn’t the same for me. I truly hope you guys can come through. PLEASE HELP ASAP!
