I'm unable to download any of my purchased Kontakt 15 products or any updates via the latest Native Access . This situation has been ongoing for over a month now and I'm literally at a lost for a remedy. I've contacted support , provided screenshots , of my issue , also provided a requested support tool file, and support file . I have full disk access on for Native Instruments and Dameon NTK , turned off relay services only to be told to repeat this process by another NI support team member. I'm not new to the audio game and have a fairly good handle on troubleshooting my rig and its quirks , nor do I claim to be expert in every scenario as I'm hopeful some of you are. But this 'Groundhog Day" scenario with support is beyond frustrating. Any help with this issue from the community would be greatly appreciated.
