How to clear library entry?

Native Access is only giving the option to "add product" even though the original install files are not there.
I have uninstalled and re-installed native access but still get no download and install option.
Shreddage Drums btw, the files have probably been missing since a fresh install of entire library on a new computer months ago and only just noticed after having to re install Abyss (using the re install option) after Maschine 3 failed to find the files.
Any help will be much appreciated.

If all you see is "Add Product" - that indicates that this product ("Sheddage Drums") can only be "authorized" via Native Access and NOT downloaded via Native Access.

I have several Impact Soundworks libraries here.

To authorize these (in Native Access) - you need to download the product archive via the Pulse downloader - then then let Pulse unpack your files to your Content area (wherever that is on your machine).

Then add the serial to NA and finally click Add Product in NA to "point" NA to where your product was just installed. It will be authorized and ready to go.

However - there is no concept of "clearing" a product within NA as long as it is registered to you . Once a serial is bonded to your Native Instruments account - it will always appear "ready to go" within Native Access - whether you have never installed the product OR used it and uninstalled.

The only way to truly "remove" a product from view in Native Access - is to have NI Sales Support - physically remove the serial from your account - permanently.

Then and only then - will it be cleared from your view.
