I just upgraded my PC to Windows 11 and reinstalled Native Access, but now Maschine 2 is completely gone from my product list (only Maschine 3 shows up).
I own a Maschine MK2 Black, which doesn’t work with Maschine 3, so I really need Maschine 2 to continue using my controller.
I still have my hardware registered properly to my account, but I can’t find a way to download or activate Maschine 2 anywhere — not in Native Access, not on the NI website.
Does anyone know how to:
- restore Maschine 2 in Native Access?
- download a legacy installer?
- manually activate it?
- contact NI support specifically for legacy products?
Any help would mean a LOT 🙏
