sound crashes when change in windows 11 enviroment

I have a problem with the sound, when I have the tracktor pro 4 me to Dj controller S2 MK3 open, I play music and everything sounds normal, if I minimize the program and enter the windows 11 environment for a while the sound crashes and if I go back to the tractor pro 4 program on the screen the sound plays normally again, does anyone know why this is happening? is there any setting I need to make?

Are you using on of the Intel i7 (Generation 12+) that has both P and E cores then try turning off all E cores in Bios so that you only have P cores

I'm afraid to change the processors from BIOS because the laptop and controller are brand new... I'm afraid it might need some configuration in Windows, even though I've tried many things and nothing has worked... I remind you that when the program is running, only the sound is heard normally, but when I minimize the program and want to enter Windows for a moment, it crashes.

but this is dangerous when I play music in some bar if i go for a moment in windows and crashe my sound ….

You of course also have the alternative to contact N.I. Support (all) if you do not want to try the advice of people here. I can not exclude that someone else in the forum may have other advice to try but I myself can't think of anything else this particular moment.

Did you open a proper ticket using the N.I. web Support interface and did you receive a ticket confirmation ?
