First prerequisite to downloading would be that you have already registered the bundle to your present NI account. If you have already registered the bundle (including needed upgrade path) then you could possibly download using latest version of Native Access for your OS .

If already registered then depending on NI policy then also some of your products could be available for download at the Account downloads page.

Yes I have it in my account but te button saing to download with ACCESS only send me to the download page o ACCESS . and It is already installed but it is not opened.

Have you downloaded and installed latest version of Native Access for your OS ?
After reboot then exactly what happens when you try to open Native Access ?
What is your exact OS version ? Screenshot of errors if any ?
Would also add that Komplete 9 ULT was released in March 2013 - which was years before there was a Native Access. Here what it contained at release:
Pretty much all of these items remain available in Native Access here in 2025.
Once NA is installed and you login (using your correct NI account credentials) - you should see this list appear - ready to be installed.

@Jeremy_NI , I don't know about the Komplete 5 LTO crossgrade in question here and if Montxo have the prerequisite for that on account. Could you please check if upgrade path is OK ?

Regarding Kontakt 5 products, most of the products will be included in K8 and K9, if not you would not be able to activate them: Service Center and Legacy Products End of Life
1 - Native Access latest version is installed in my WINDOWS 11 pc …. but it is not opened by the button "Download via NATIVE ACCESS" appearing in my products list. By cliking this button, it does not open my NATIVE ACCESS but only open the NATIVE ACCESS page on the NATIVE INSTRUMENTS web site. If I open manually my NATIVE ACCESS sotware the "KOMPLETE 9 ULTIMATE Upgrade K2-8" does not appears to download & install.

You do not need to "download" anything from your NI account.

If you have installed Native Access ON your PC - open it (double click on the Native Access icon), login (with your NI username/password) when prompted - and if all is well - you will see ALL the products that make up your Komplete 9 package.

Komplete 9 is NOT something you can download within Native Access file. This "product name" simply represents a license for all those individual products I listed earlier.
All installs must happen within Native Access. Nothing is required from the website or from your NI product listing.
If you have set up Native Access on your PC, and open it and see nothing listed - the NI account credentials (username and password) are not the same as the Username/Password you used to login to your NI acct (as shown in your earlier screencaps).
The username/pw for NA must be identical to the username/pw for you NI account.
Bundles only show in Native Access by the the names of the products that the bundles contain.
Did you turn on the "Show Legacy Versions" in the N.A. library view ?
As others have commented, Komplete 8 or 9 is a bundle of products, it will not show as Komplete 9 Ultimate, you'll just find the products part of the bundle. The ones not in Native Access are listed and you can find the installers in the Knowledge Base articles we shared aleady, please read them carefully.
