How to buy and install Traktor Pro 3 on my old Mac?

Grateful for any assistance, including from the NI team!

I haven't used my Traktor Kontrol for a couple of years but have pulled it out to DJ a friend's upcoming wedding this weekend. I saw that my old Traktor Pro 2 is no longer supported on my 64bit OS, so I paid to upgrade to Traktor Pro 4, only to realise my MacOS (Big Sur) is too old to be supported!

Looking at other discussions, there is a version of Traktor Pro 3 that will work with my macOS, along with a legacy version of Native Access. I tried downloading these but Traktor Pro 3 is failing to activate, I assume because I own Traktor Pro 4, not Pro 3…

I have submitted a ticket with NI to refund Traktor Pro 4 (and ideally allow me to purchace and use Traktor Pro 3) but no response yet. Any support from the community or NI customer service would be much appreciated so I can drop some beats at my friend's wedding!!

Can you not get hold of a newer computer just to do the wedding? Friend, family, neighbour, colleague?

Wrong way to go about doing things, you should explain NI Support the situation and ask NI Support if they will give you a complimentary version of TP 3 since you have bought TP 4 .
