Traktor pro licence

Hi,

I have bought Traktor s3 4 years ago, used it for a couple of months with traktor pro 3 and put it on the side. Now I want to get back to it but cant seem to find traktor pro3. Do i have to buy traktor pro 4 or is my old license for 3 still valid?

Also does anyone have email so I can directly contact customer support?

You have to log in with your old native account into the latest version of Native Access. That should let you download Traktor Pro 3. No need to update to tp4.
