Backstage store: A couple of months ago, i had cancelled by NI 360 plus subscription after using it for months. Took a break and again starts to reactivate the NI 360 Plus Subscription.
PAIN POINT š“: I had been trying to reactivate the NI 360 Subscription but brought up with error that says below:
"We couldnāt reactivate your subscription, possibly due to an outdated payment method. Please update it via the āManage my subscriptionā button below, save the changes, and then try reactivating again from this page. If the issue persists, contact our support team."
Action Step: I tried changing the Payment method, Credit Card, Paypal and even Browser but nothing worked out. ā I have raised the ticket but no response yet.
I need assistance on this at the earliest!
