Product Shipping and Upgrading

Hello, I'd like to buy Native Instruments' kontrol keyboard. I live in Turkey.

The bundle that includes both the keyboard and the VSTs, etc. is 1,200 Euros on your website.

When the product goes through customs, will the physical product's invoice show the full €1,200? Therefore, will I have to pay customs tax on the physical keyboard based on the full €1,200 value? Or will the invoice show the prices separately, such as: 'Keyboard price [X amount], Komplete price [Y amount]'? If they are listed separately, I assume I would only have to pay tax on the keyboard's value. Do you think this is correct?

Also, is there a way for a user who purchases Komplete Ultimate along with the controller to upgrade it to the Collector's Edition level later on?

I'd expect it to be listed as the bundle, but I'm not 100% certain so you probably need to check with support which you can do by creating a ticket here - https://bit.ly/NI_Support_All

As far as the upgrade goes you can upgrade from Ultimate to Collector's edition. The actual price will be shown on the web site once you own the Ultimate edition. If you want to know in advance you could ask support while you're checking on the invoice question.

You will most likely get the most accurate answer by asking N.I. Support (all) , though they may not be able to answer all questions about Turkish customs.
