Just purchased Komplete 15 Ultimate with the same exact problem, only now my products are missing from Plugin Alliance PA Installation manager. It never ends.
What products?
As I recall - you should get very specific and separate serials (sent to your email) for the PA stuff - which need to be entered via their product manager.

Did you redeem the serials to start with ? (including Plugin Alliance ?)

The Komplete Ultimate 15 bundle never showed up in my Plugin Alliance account but it did populate in Native Access by the next morning. Go figure. It looks like I will need to migrate my old Native Access email login to match my new one which I suspect has been causing these problems. Does anyone no how to contact support about migrating email addresses? I put in a request over 24 hours ago to that affect and haven't heard back.
