Hey everyone,
Traktor has been around for so many years, and it keeps getting amazing updates, but the mapping tool still feels stuck in time. I’ve spent countless hours creating and tweaking mappings, and I can’t help thinking how much better it could be if we had a modern way to work with it.
Would it ever be possible to open-source just that part of the code? Maybe host it on GitHub so people like me (and many others) could contribute improvements, while NI keeps control of what gets merged or released.
I have a background in C++, and I’d love to help push the mapping experience into what it should feel like in 2025.
