New to the forum but have been using Kontakt 8 bundle for a while.
Since late last night I have not been able to log in through the Native Access Desktop, on either of my two computers that have it installed. It "checks authentication" and asks me to log in but the log in screen is blank. Popup says "Failed to Update Native Access. Please install latest version." I did install the latest version, and that doesn't change anything. Just going in circles.
Sometimes the login screen is not blank, and I enter my login details, then it tells me "Unable to log in." I am confused.
I note that the Native Instruments website itself is hit and miss in loading. While most other websites are loading quickly as normal. I would infer that NI is having some technical difficulties ??
