Traktor Sending Program Change Messages

Trying to come up with a way to send a midi signal out of traktor in order to send program changes to some external gear. Ideally Id like to assign different midi values to different tracks within Traktor. Allowing me to load a track, press a button and send a command to my external gear to load patches. Each track sending a different value allowing me to load different patches per song. Anyone have any idea on how to achieve this?

There are 24 MIDI buttons (0, 1), MIDI faders (0.0 - 1.0) and MIDI knobs (0.0 - 1.0) you can trigger within the assignment list of the controller manager. Check the GLOBAL section. Not a clue how these can be triggered by loading a specific track. Although with qml code you can read the title of a track loaded in a deck and presumably create a function that compares the name to a specific string and (in the usual if-then-else manner) trigger the above mentioned MIDI elements. D2/S8 already have a code section that switches the control section below the screens to control those MIDI elements.
