I just bought Komplete 15 ultimate earlier today and I haven't been able to find my serial number. I bought it on the website and it's not in the product and serials section. It's not in Native Access and it's not in my email, so I'm really not sure what to do. I've checked Native Access 1 to see if it might be there and that also hasn't worked. I contacted support about this, but I wasn't able to get in touch with a human, and I saw that it has taken people months to get in contact with a person, so now I've come here looking for help. Is there somewhere that I forgot to look or is there a way to get a refund, because this software costs way too much to not even be able to use it.
