Traktor Z1 MK2 not working with Traktor Pro2

My Traktor Z1 does not connect properly with my Traktor Pro 2 software.

I can use the Z1 as a sound source in Traktor Pro 2, but none of the knobs or faders work.
Even when I select the Z1 mapping in Traktor Pro 2, it still doesn’t function.All the latest drivers and versions are installed.

Z1MK2 can be used only with the version of Traktor that it was introduced with and that has code supporting it. You need to upgrade to TP4.
