Factory Library

I've bought the controlMK3, normally with Komplete 14, I saw this when I try to buy the Komplete 15 on the website but I can't find the whole Kontakt library (factory library).

I only have some of them in Kontakt or Komplete kontrol on my daw when I open it.

I saw that there is more than 900 instruments or effect but Idont have this 900 instruments for sure..

My question is, where I need to try to find it ? Where it can be located ?

You do not mention anything about what bundle tiers or which versions it is that you actually owns which might make it difficult for people to find out exactly what you can expect to see. So please be specific with respect to what exact bundle that it is that you own (exact product name including bundle generation and bundle tiers) and if you have had the right base product for upgrading if you have done so.

Also then it would help with screenshots from the apps that shows what products that you have shown in the apps and that you tell which products that are missing.

Generally then you can reinitialize the KONTAKT Database to get it to show items missing , but Kontakt will only show what you have installed in Native Access and you need to be sure to use the latest version of Native Access for your OS , What is your N.A. version ?

You can also Reset the Komplete Kontrol Database but KK will also only show what is installed in N.A.

I didn't really remember which version I bought with this famous MK3 keyboard. 

However, on the NI website, when trying to purchase the Komplete 15, it mentioned that having the Komplete 14 gave me a €100 discount.

This leads me to believe I have the Komplete 14. I thought I had the Komplete Start.

I have version 3.20.1 of Native Access.

After a lot of research, I really get the impression that no matter what version of Komplete I have, I'm missing instruments.

When I open native access I only see theses plug in: 

-analog dream
-controller editor
-drum lab
-ethereal earth
-glaze
-guitar rig
-Hypha
-Kontakt player 6/7/8 but without library..
-ozone 11 
-raum
-phasis
-reaktor 6
-replika
-scarbee bass
-solid bus
-soul session
-west africa

-the gentlemen 
-vintage organ
-Yangqin

It's just me or it finally really missing some plug in ? 

I've heard about a "factory library"  with Kontakt.. but when I open Kontakt I got nothing..

You didn't tell when you bought this MK3 keyboard (MK3 is the model with one big screen)

And you still did not tell me which bundles that you have.

This leads me to think that you are maybe not completely aware of how things works.

Komplete Start is a free bundle ! But when you buy and register any S-Series keyboard from N.I: then you get not only a free copy of what version Komplete Select is available at the time but also you get a free light version of a DAW. If you bought the MK3 keyboard earlier in time (when Komplete 14 Select) then the Komplete Select would have been added to your account automatically and you would have a code for the DAW per email. However then after Komplete 15 came then the Komplete 15 Select now comes in three versions so when registering the hardware that would result in you getting emails(s) from NI with codes to get the DAW Ableton Live Lite and a voucher redeem code to get Komplete Select 15 for zero. You were then supposed to go to the N.I. site and buy the Komplete 15 Select of your choice for zero using the voucher code

But we do not know anything of what you have or have not !

When did you buy the keyboard ? And did you get a Komplete Select added to your account or did you get a voucher code to get it that you did not use ?

You should be able to see any products connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS page ,listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products.

After some recent changes to N.I. servers then N.I. no longer shows serials on the MY PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS page and they also do not list serials for not registered products at all.

So if you have a not registered bundle product that you do not have the serial for or if you one way or the other did not get your Komplete Select bundle with your keyboard then you need to please contact N.I. Support (all)

You are very welcome.

To be concise then as a S-Series keyboard owner then you ought both have Komplete Select of one generation or the other and you ought also have had the key to a light version DAW.

@Mano There seems to be some confusion here. With the keyboard you get Komplete Select: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/bundles/komplete-15-select/

You don't get the full version of Kontakt 8 that comes with the Factory Lbrary. You should get a smaller version that comes with the free Kontakt 8 Player: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/samplers/kontakt-8-player/
