Receiving an error as shown in the attachment. I had Native Access installed before, but now fails to install.

That's just telling you that the Native Access icon or menu item you clicked isn't pointing to the correct loacation for the NativeAccess.exe program. It could be any number of things such as, it's not installed, it's installed in a differernt place, etc. In your Windows search box search for Native Access then select from the dialogue box "Open File Location" and determine what it's pointing to. If it's not there you may have to re-install it.
If it's there you may need to grant the program Administrator Rights.
