Library of some instruments no longer displayed?

When I launch Komplete Kontro, Maschine, or Kontakt 8, when I browse the instruments, some instrument libraries no longer update.
If I use a different session (a different user on my Mac) and launch these applications, everything is fine.

How can I fix this problem?

If I use another session (another user account on the same MAC), there are no problems; the application libraries update with the list of each instrument!

Did you check the disk access and local network access settings for the apps on the account where it is not working ?

Have you by any chance been using "CleanMyMac' on the account where it is not working ? (Clean my Mac functionality allegedly has improved but previously it has been known to hurt installations.)

Else on the account where the problem exists then try Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database and reinitialize the KONTAKT Database .

Please define "some instrument libraries no longer update" , if there are any errors then please supply a screenshot. Is this using stand alone applications or in a DAW ?

Also then please supply version numbers of all software involved . (Native Access , Komplete Kontrol, Maschine, Kontakt 8) .

Also seeing that you are using Sequoia 15.6.1 then this issue here (though seemingly unrelated) wants to make me ask where is the install location ? Default internal drive or external drive path ?

Also : Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

And when using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Thank you for your reply.
In fact, I don't think the problem is with Komplet, because when I use Native Instrument apps on another user account on the same Mac, everything works fine.

The problem must be with a preferences file or database (a kind of file that lists the addresses of the various libraries), but at the user level!

Because on the same Mac with another session, everything works fine, so
there is no access authorization issue
and no issue with libraries hosted on a particular external drive!
Am I really stuck?
